Who are we?
All for the love of Inclusion
I'm Jemma, I'm passionate about creating inclusive and delicious culinary experiences. My journey with baking began in my childhood, cherished moments spent in the kitchen with my grandmothers and then my father.
This evolved into a mission when first I met my husband, and then when my daughter was born as they both struggled with food intolerances and allergies. Witnessing his struggles at social events and feeling isolated during work celebrations with the need to bring his own food inspired me to adapt and refine my baking skills to be entirely gluten and lactose-free.
Fuelled by this experience my goal is to eliminate the isolation and frustration associated with food allergies, ensuring that everyone can indulge in delectable cakes regardless of dietary restrictions. Let's create a world where everyone feels included and no one has to miss out on the joy of sharing a slice of happiness at any celebration!
